• Kerialalta knocked unconscious, revived by healing potion; all three harpies fled when injured
• Party completed rest, traveled to Millhaven; saw smoke, rushed ahead
• One field burned — Spencer confirmed Cornelius Ashford + clergy burned it before the village expelled him; he left northeast
